  1. I have a problem with MSN Messenger.
It works fine until I start a "conversation" with someone then it freezes and says that would I like to send an error report to Microsoft.
I have sended it, but it still doesn't work. I have even re-installed Internet Explorer, but no.

It would be very nice if someone could help me with this problem.

  3. I would reccommend going with MSN Messenger 6.1

I like the looks and feel to MSN vs. Windows alot better. Just seems more smooth.

For any questions, problems, and even a bunch of handy tools for MSN messenger, go here. http://www.mess.be/

Great site for that kind of stuff.

  4. I'm using MSN Messenger 6.0 and I don't think that upgrade would help. I'm using Windows 98. And I have tried all things even changed some System files.

Microsoft no longer supports Windows 98 and I think this is why.

I have an old computer with Win98 which is near it's end is like that and I can't get any more Windows Updates.

I can't upgrade its OS due to age as it is five years old. This computer will be gone when the firewall and AntiVirus expires early next year.

Don't upgrade to WinME as this one will also be obsolete very soon as well.

Best to upgrade to Win2k for MSN Messenger 6.1 to work or get WinXP.
