Using DVD XCOPY or after authoring my own home movie, I cannot get the movies to play in my standalone player.

Sometime I will get numbers and letters flasing on the display of the standalone, other times I get nothing. I also tried these in another sony, and a panasonic RP91, all wil not play these discs.

They play fine on the PC. Bad media?
