I recorded a movie on my TV Tuner. The File size is almost 5Gig and will not fit onto a DVD disc.
My question: What should I use to shrink the video enough to burn to DVD? I do not want to put an 1.5 minute video on 2 discs.

Author the DVD to your hard drive and ignore warnings about it being too big. Then run it through DVDshrink (free, easy to use, awesome).
I use TmpgencDVD Author (Easy to use, awesome,Not free) to create the DVD files from mpg.
