gordian knot/dvd2avi question

i downloaded the gordian knot and tried to rip one of my dvd....i extracted the vob using DVDdecrypter....and i used DVD2AVI to convert to avi divx...problem is when i play my avi.....there is no sound but theres a separate .ac3 file....i looked at the faq and it said that i need to mux the audio...how do i do that ? the only option i see in the audio tab for dvd2avi is disable, demux, and demux all track..tried all those but still didnt get audio with the avi

can anyone help?
