finally i have found disks to work with this dvd player. you will need paradox premium white label disks. i have tried to burn at 52 x which was a no go but 12 x works. you may even have to do 8x but what the hell they work. i paid 500.00 for this player when they came out. and 4-5 years later found a disk that works. let me know how you guys get on if you try it! thanks

I could have told you that - in fact, I have done elsewhere in the (media) forum before now !!
Other CD-R's that will work are the some of the Datasafe white tops and any Princo type 8 dye manufactured disc. Plus of course most CD-RW's.
Sony's are buggers with certain media, aren't they ?
