  1. Hi guys,

I'm totally stuck right now as to which of these players to buy. I have read both good and bad reviews of the Yamada and can't really find a lot of reviews for the philips, I need to order one in the next week but haven't got an idea of which is the best

My main priority is GOOD divx/xvid playback!

    What do you guys recommend?

    cheers 'n beers

  2. I wont answer this but, go to DVD players then input what your requirements are
HINT dvd737 doesnt come up when divx playback is selected!

The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.

Yea, the dvd 737 is listed with divx, but there are at least 10 reviews there and NONE are in french.
