  1. I have captured video from my vhs tapes and when I am recording them I hear audio and video, but when I try to play the recorded video back I hear no audio but get video. This happens when I record tv programs to, does anyone know what the problem is?

  4. I found the menu and everythin seems right on it. I still have no audio when playing things back. What do I have to plug into the video captuer audio out and the sound card?

  5. What is your Capture card and your input method? If you are using Coax, than you need to have a stereo cable connecting the Audio out of your capture card to the line-in jack of your sound card.

    If you're already doing that, note that Tommyknocker's picture is indicating the recording properties, not the playback properties.
