  1. I load an mpeg that I've extracted from a bin file then attempt to burn it into a vcd using nero. - To me this sounds fine.
    However Nero thinks not.
Apparently this mpeg is an unsupported file type and I am presented with the opportunity to convert to ... unfortunately this operation fails as the file is unsupported.

THen I tried SVCD and it was fine. BUT my TV/DVD player plays SVCD's in B&W AS a last attept I used TMPGEnc but the program refused to load the file. WTF is going on????????

  2. Clark,
An svcd file is an mpg file. vcd=mpg1, svcd=mpg2. Open your file in avicodec and see what it tells you about it. It's available in the tools section.
