    im stuck.. i need to convert some video files i have to vcd... i used avicodec to find out what codec was needed n it said ms-mpeg4 v3... ive been tryin all sorts of methods, but tmpgenc does not want to open the file... what is the easiest way to convert these files to vcd? if it helps.. the files end in .avi.. thanks for your help
