I have vertualdud mpg2 157 installed. I am able to import mpg2 files but in directstream copy I am told when saving the file that a codec is needed.
The files have beed created in ulead and saved as mpg2 files. I do not have a problem with DIVX editing.
What codac do I need to install to be able to save out in directstream copy mode

You can't use direct stream copy with mpeg1 or mpeg2. It doesn't matter if you use the virtualdubmod or virtualdub-mpeg2 mods. You must cut with a mpeg2 cutter. www.dvdrhelp.com/edit
