Hi,
I just burned an SVCD to DVDR using SVCD2DVD 1.5, and was surprised to see that the video was fine (applied the Pan & Scan fix), but there was no audio.
While unraring the bin/cue files to give it another shot, I messed around with my DVD player settings. In the first Audio menu under the player setup, selecting "MPEG->PCM" from the bottom menu made the sound start working.
For any of you with Pioneer standalones and missing audio on finished DVDs, try to find a similar setting in your player setup and see if that makes a difference.
Thanks,
ray
