    i have a PDF file that i need to convert to another format so i can print it...it doesnt matter what format as long as i can print it...i am running 2000 and a while back i tried to install acrobat reader but i got an error. i cant remember what the error was except it had something to do with not being able to install on windows 2000.....anyway, thats why i dont use acrobat.....it is about 75 pages. i tried some demo converters but they only let you convert a couple of pages...if i can find a freeware tool that would be great...i tried to change the extention to DOC but it opened in word as a bunch of garbage.....thanks......

    You might want to try and install acrobat again, I know that version5 or above works on every machine I have with win2000. Just get the free reader frome http://www.adobe.com . If you have a linux or unix machine, find ghostscript.

    Nope didn't work....it said that this version of windows 2000 is not supported....

    What version of win2000 are you running?

    Also if you really need it printed, and I mean really need it, you could find someplace like Kinko or some of the office supply stores that offer copying and printing and pay them to print it. That is a last resort though.
