    I have tried to install two different programs and I cannot complete the instalation due to not have an ASPI Manager installed......

    I have Win XP Pro with SP1.....

    is there anything that anyone can tell me as to how I can fix this problem

    From the tools section of this site download a run (one time) "ForceASPI".
