    Um I have a video concert and i want too split it in too section the problem is i cant find a program that will export sections, like mp3 surgeon exports sections or mp3s, but mpg split never seems too work like that.

    That was confusing. Try Womble mpegvcr and/or mpeg2vcr
    Ejoc's CVD Page:

    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
