pinnacle instant copy "class not registered" probl

hey all.. hope all are well!
I tried to ugrade version 7 to 8.. program 8 opened to 1st window, then nothing worked on my computer, inlcuding instant copy. so I uninstalled it and re-installed version 7. now whe I open it, it opens, I click on video_ts file, program starts preparing, then stops, I get a Class Not Registered" window- and that's the end of my dvd burning. I've tried finding it everywhere, including google search and instant copy forums here and on pinnacle site. nada. anybody know how to fix this-please??
I'd be so grateful for your help!!! I'm supremely behind in many things, and would be so grateful to resolve this so I can start to catch up on work!

hI, i GET A similar problem, when I start the burn process, it gives me an error cant find track on device and allkinds of numbers ......

Instant copy 7 works perfectly.
