    I have a moive in WinRAR file. When i unzip it. There are a couple files:

    EXT
    MPEG2
    SEGMENT
    SVCD

    But when in unzip them there is not movie to watch. Know from what i have learned is that this bin was created so the person could just burn it on to a CD and watch it in a DVD player? However, i dont want to do that i want to watch it on my computer can i?

    I would suggest you look for info on SVCD.
    If those are files and not folders , you can give up now.

    Hopefully you still have the .bin file and .cue file Find isobuster and use it to extract the mpeg from the .bin using the .cue (it will find the bin by using the cue file).
    Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

    What do i do if a movie dosent have a cue with it?

    try using vcdgear to extract the video.
