Try 7-Zip on one of the files and see if it has a problem with them. If not, then WinRAR is probably the one that's corrupt.
Do they extract with WinRAR when you ignore the errors?

Is this the only file that has that problem or is it other rar files you have unrared before that are getting the message? Also have you got the newest winrar installed which is 3.90?

It is only one video file that is giving me problems and i have tried different " sources" for that same video file. And no i am not using version 3.90

did you try the winrar "test" for the files? if it finds a bad rar, there might be built in recovery blocks. or pars would do the same thing. keep in mind there are people who don't check the "test" box when making rars and it could be a bad set to begin with and par would show it ok even with internal damage.

If the rar file is created by winrar 3.90 then use that version since it might give that error using earlier versions. Also if the newest winrar cant unrar it then its most likely what aedipuss says, nothing can fix it except for a known good rar file or a good par set.
If the video is in a rar group of about 86 rars and winrar say that movie.part010.rar is broken then that where the bad file is.I think, therefore i am a hamster. -
you should try what redwudz mentioned.
I had a few rars a while back all telling me they were corrupt. My winrar is up to date. I then took notice that 7zip also supports winwar. Actually 7zip can also create rar files. This played a huge role, why: because when I used 7zip to extract the files from these "corrupt" rars it worked fine. This led me to believe that the rar files were probably made with 7zip to begin with, and perhaps 7zip is doing something just so slightly different than regular winwar that it may cause an error if 7zip is not used ot extract them
so dl 7zip (it is free) and use that on your rar files. If it extracts fine, perfect, problem solved. If it still gives you a corrrupt message than it is something else
