End of DVD doesn't play?

This is strange. I've burnt some discs for a friend before and they play fine all the way through. But the most recent discs I've done for the guy don't play the ends of the movies. I'm using the same media that worked fine before. I'm burning the movies in the same way. I am testing them on my DVD before I give them to him with Power DVD, and they play fine all the way through.

Does anyone else get this, where some burns work fine all the way through and some don't play the end for some unknown reason? Is there anything I can analyse these DVDs with, see why they're not working on standalones but are fine on my comp?

Is the media you're using Verbatim DVD+R?

No I'm using Princo DVD-R. I've got some Ritek G04s though, they're supposedly better quality media so I'll see if they work on my friend's standalone.

Princo is the devil don't ever use them again. Stick with Ritek!!!
