OK, after manually re-encoding and reauthoring, using CCE2.66 and DVDMaestro, resp., do I:

1. swap ONLY the old movie VOB's with the newly reauthored ones created by Maestro; then use either IFOedit or IFOupdate to update IFO's... or

2. swap ALL old movie files (IFO's and VOB's) with newly reauthored IFO's and VOB's?? then updated IFO's using either IFOedit (Get VTS) or IFOupdate.. ??

I've tried both and my chapters are off under both methods.. What am I doing incorrectly?? thanks.
