I have gone through three guides but still cannot get to convert from pal avi to ntsc format. The guides mainly focus on mpeg formats.

The video specs are 25fps, xvid, avi in pal format. I would like to convert to ntsc avi and let nero do my encoding to VCD. Is there anyone out there that has this differently from the guides and successfully. (ie, AVI to AVI/MPEG) Can you include steps if possible.
