  1. i have AMD1.3
    256 megs ao ram
    dvd rom
    dvd burner

    and i have been doing alot of dvd burning but i have some well alot of vhs tapes that i would like to put on dvd. so they will last longer like the original star wars trilogy but only have like a hundred bucks to spend on a capture card any and all help would be appreciated thanks

    I recommend the AverTV Stereo Tv tuner card.It cost me $50 at J&R music&computor world website.

    I mostly use it for watching tv on my pc but its also good at captureing video as well.And it has video inputs for both composite,Audio/video jacks and S-video all on one card.
