    Hi guys..

I built and burned a project this morning and it worked fine. So I started on the 2nd and in simulation mode.. everything works great. I am able to select and click button, jumps to track etc.

When I build and use Apple DVD player, my menu buttons seem to be dead links.. nothing happens.

Does not make any sense.. could it be DVD SP 2.0 is corrupting the build file?

Did you remember to draw button areas in the menus? Did you set all the links to the right tracks and options? If so, you might try Apple support, or the DVD Studio Pro mailing list.

Button's were drawn.. links all set up.. it simulates just fine.. but does not emulate one it has been built.. Ive stared at it and taken breaks from it.. thrown the project out and rebuilt it..

Now I am running DVD SP 2.0 .. don't have the 2.0.2 patch.. was there any major issues with 2.0?

I would definitely run the updater, especially if you're running Panther. It supposedly fixes some Panther-related bugs, and is strongly recommended by Apple for all 2.0 users.

I am trying to find the update.. I can't get it from apple because I did not get 2.0 in a kosher way.. and they require a serial number..

I've been trying acquisition for a week and have not found 2.0.2

Warez are frowned upon here (see forum rules), but you can get it by running Software Update in your System Prefs. That doesn't require a SN. I believe you must have your DVDSP.app in your Applications folder for it to be found.
