menu problems and disc burn and playback problems

okay i used dvd menu studio and made a back ground.... made 2 blue rounded rectangles for buttons and it looks fine in dvd menu maker... and on the menu screen... but when i goto dvd player or power dvd the blue is there but the white text is not.... exported as a bmp
still links to the movies

and when i try and burn i get an burn failure error... tried twice with nero 6 dvd video and also with IMGTOOL BURN



and when i goto play this disc back the chapters are not there... it just skips to the next mpeg....
and on a apex ad-1000 it gets a disc error.

well if you can put any light onto this it would be nice

What kind of failure do you get?

Do you use the same button on the remote to skip titles and chapters? If so then Chrissy we might have the same kind of problem as with my menu button.
