What is the most efficient way to rip only the sound track from a DVD and copy it onto a CD?

The easiest way is to rip the movie to your hard drive (use dvd decryptor or smartripper) and then take dvd2avi and rip the sound track. It will turn it into a large wave file that will require you to use a audio editor to work with it.
