Hello all, i got myself a dvd copyer for backing up my music i created on my pc
i have a sony dwu10 and i have heard alot about updating the firmware for it
now i aint got a clue about this at all
as im a first time dvdr user this is all new to me, so firmware makes no sence to me at all
i have read about updating it will help get best perfomance from my drive
but i dunno what to do, is they a firmware for the dwu10 i need to get
or should i follow the instructions on how to get the dwu10 to work as a dru500?
which would be best, update my dwu10 to latest fireware, or to make my dwu10 a dru500 and add the dru500 firmware?!?
plz help this n00bie

Try the drive out for a while testing different media,if you don`t have problems leave the firmware, Whichever f/w you go for quality media gives best results.
