  2. I forgot to tell my dvd recorder. My dvd recorder is Pioneer A-106. Another important point: dont mind with the price, just mind with the quality and the durability, please.

  3. Pedro,

TDK is super reliable in my experience. I can't comment on the rest, but if quality is very important to you, the TDK is a good choice.

  4. I have the 104 (a04) burner so i can only use the - format, but tdks are very good, and so far the sony disc are extremely nice (only place i was able to find those was at Staples).
i also like the sonys for the added point that they have an extra plastic layer covering the actually data side of the dvd , so you can take a knife and scrape away at the data surface and they still work, as it doesnt go through that protective layer

Never heard of primedisc, sounds generic, i would stay away from them in that case

  5. Don't forget recording is only half the story when it comes to compatibility - will your choice of disc play back on the target device ?

Wow, I sound like a stuck record.

  6. I use the TDK media on three different DVD burners and find it to be excellent media.
