  1. ok...i wanted to kno what programs u guys r using to burn dvd's. i have a HP DVD+ writer 300i and what program yall use to watch the dvd. and also what are the best steps to burning a good dvd that is larger than 4.7gb and burnin dvd less then 4.7gb.

  2. I use Nero to burn.

    I don't watch DVDs on my computer, but for testing purposes I use WinDVD.

    Being new to the scene too I wanted something very easy to use. I found that using a combination of DVDShrink to rip and CloneDVD to burn was just too easy.

    DVDShrink allows you to backup just the portions of the DVD that you want while CloneDVD automatically compresses those files to fit onto the DVD. Guides for both a available through this site.

    As Solarjetman said, I too don't watch DVDs on my computer, but I use WinDVD XP to test.
