On the audio file from DVD2AVI there may be in the long audio file name a statement that says -Xms (like -107ms, that mean -107 milliseconds). When encoding the file in TMPGENC Wizard there is the option for Filters, select Source Range, down at bottom middle there is "Audio Gap Correct". But the -107ms needs to be entered as 107 (if the number was +107ms in the file name, you would need to enter the number as -107) That will correct the sound file to be + or - Xms to sync up with the file.
