    Is there a program that will allow me to pull the mpeg from a bin file? I know if I burn the image with Nero, I can pull the mpeg out with IsoBuster. But the problem is, the image is too big to fit onto a disc, so I need to pull out the mpeg before i can burn it.

    Is there a way to do this?

    Well, you have the cue/bin somewhere on the HD, right? You can mount this with daemontools, and then just copy out the mpg (if it's a SVCD image). If it's a VCD image, you can use VCDGear to extract and "convert" from dat to mpg.
