  1. hello

    i have video file that is not in the standard frame setting of NTSC, NTSCFILM or PAL.

    is there anyway of forcing the frames to these standard formats

    thanks

    any help needed, just starting out

  4. If you're looking to end up with an mpeg to use for DVD or whatever, you could re-encode the video using TMPGEnc. It'll encode the video using the proper frame rate depending on the profile selected, so if you want it in NTSC it'll encode using 29.97fps, which is the proper frame rate for NTSC.

    the divx file that i have is at 24,996 fps, when using TMPGE, set the setting for PAL (25,000 fps), now the file has a noticed delay in the frames when watching, how can I correct this
