Hi,
i have been trying to encode MPEG2 files from a .vob. My problem has been that ffmpegx only seems to go as far as it's estimated length for the video file. For example, my vob is 82 minutes, but when I open it in ffmpegx it is estimated as being just over 6 mintues. Then ffmpeg seems to just stop at right around that point when encoding. So I end up with only a small part of the video.
Does anybody know where I'm going wrong?
Thanks, A

hi,
i would send you a link to my .vob, but it's very large since it was made from a full disc. I created the file using OSEx version 0.0110a1. do you know of any issues with files this program generates? i could make a .vob from a smaller video to send you. Can you recommend a different program to create .vob's with?
Thanks, Alex
