Im new to this kind of thing, and I have been looking everywhere trying to find out how to transfer video from my video camera to my computer. I have a panasonic video camera that uses VHS-C tape and it has RCA cables. If anyone can help me, please post an answer. Thankyou.

Sure. Look to the left side of this website and read the the 'How To' frame under 'Capture'. All the imformation you need is there.

You will need some type of hardware to conect your cable with RCA jacks to the PC so you can transfer the recording.
Pardon the spelling, but th type capture you will be doing is called anolog, or analogue, spelled something along those lines
Once you find the correct guides for that, do lot and lots of reading!
That's just the begining!
I use and like an ATI All In Wonder card myself, but tons of ways to choose from.
Good luck, and read the guides and tools and hardware sections well!
