I have an AVI file that I taking the commercials out of and reencoding to Divx.

I'd like to convert the audio to 128bps MP3, but when I set VDub to the MP3 Lame, and Divx codecs, it starts encoding, but always gets stuck. It doesn't freeze, the program still responds, but as the clock ticks, the file doesn't get bigger, and the "time remaining" only goes up.

What gives?
