neroVision Express fails to capture with dc10plus

I have a problem I have pinnacle dc10plus card it is working nice with software studio8 for capturing from VCR the VHS tape
I have also Nero6 complete package with NeroVision Express last version 2108 and in order to check for comparisson of best images I tried to capture using nero also. The movie with sound appears in the small screen of the program but when i press record it fails to do and a message appears * Failed to initialize the capture device. Please check the device settings.* Capture device at the nerovision screen is Pinnacle DCxx MJPEG Capture Filter.
I have tried everything that is there at that screen to set or check but still fails can someone HELP with this.
I should say besides that studio and nero are working perfectelly for the other functions.

It's probably the codec you are trying to use. My vision express only works as non compresed or with the huffyuv 2.1.1. on my ATI AIW card. If I choose another from the list, I get the same thing when I hit record. Try going down the list of codecs and see which one works.

I have tried to use all codecs listed at the nero list at the side of the little video screen togheter with some advance settings of each one codec but unsucess.
Please, I am still looking for other possibilities for solving the problem.
