    Is there anyway you can re-encode the extras to a lower bitrate to increase the overall quality of the main movie in InstantCopy?

    go HERE and get hold of Instantcopy Hidden Settings Editor as it has a feature to enable just what you want along with a few more tweaks

    IC8 hasn't been released yet so that's why it doesn't support it
