    Ok,

I'm converting a Widescreen SVCD to DVD as follows:

    Extract MPEG stream using ISOBUSTER
Import into TMPGEnc+ and select DVD template from Wizard
Select 'Full Screen Keep Aspect Ratio'
    Set the bit rates
    Convert
    Burn to DVD Video

The result is fantastic quality, etc. except that the aspect ratio on my widescreen is too wide. Almost like a stretched 4:3 picture. I have to zoom the picture vertically to get proper aspect.

What am I doing wrong? Should I be selecting an output aspect ratio of 16:9 from TMPGEnc+?

Any help would be gratefully received,

    TIA,

    Jukka

Set the Source aspect ratio to 4:3 display and Video arrange method to Full screen(keep aspect ratio). SVCD is always 4:3(if it is widescreen it is 4:3 but with black borders).

Then check the file->preview and it should look okey.
