    I have tried several times to copy an image file (*.img) from my HD to a dvdr using nero.

    Nero tells me it is finished, and there is a file on the dvdr but instead of being the 4 plus gigs it should be, the file is only about 300 to 400 megs.

    Anybody have any ideas on how I can get this done or at least what the problem is?

    Have you succesfully burned an image file before? i'm try to work out if it's a problem with the image file or your method.

    Have you tried opening the image with isobuster ?
