  1. Wich is the best setting to burn some avi, mpeg or dvix file to a dvd?, i have a pioneer ao5, and nero V. 10.35.

  2. Could you be a little more specific in what you want to do? Are you trying to make a data or video DVD? What program's settings are you talking about?

  3. I guess is a data, not a dvd, i mean like dropping files with xp into a cd on ly that i can not do that in xp with a dvd, mostly is to store video files in a dvd.

  4. Acrually my main problem is that i have stored some files as a data as setting in Nero but i don't know if that is the way cause when i tested some files it seems to get slow, just some file and when i open them in the hd they work ok. I use maxells dvd.

  5. I do not think you did anything wrong. If a video file has a bitrate that is too large, the DVD drive cannot read data fast enough. The same thing happens to me if I burn DV (a type of avi) files to a disk. I am not able to watch them directly from the disk. I need to copy them to the hard drive first.
