  1. I'm using Smartripper and DVD2AVI and TMPGenc , but i'm only gettuing the 1hr 17mins of extras and the the film. I presume it's a setting in Smartripper, but not sure. Can anybody help.

    This has nothing to do with capturing. Since you didn't say what output format you are trying to make, I just assumed DVD-r.

    If you look to the left in Smartripper you will see an option for file. At worst, you can just select this then highlight all the files listed on the right, and rip them all and sort them out yourself.

    By default, Smartripper, and pretty much any other ripper, will select the largest titleset in either file or IFO mode. This should be the vobs for the main movie. Perhaps smartripper is misreading this disk, or perhaps you have changed something in the program's settings. Check there first, and you can always try unistalling then reinstalling to restore the default settings.

    Finally, you can try a different ripping program. Personally, I prefer DVD Decryptor.
