Problem with your DVD players list

Hi,

I'm French and I have a DVD player Samsung 709 and when I want to see one DVD-R on this player. It is not recognize!!!
No DVD found

Why??

And my player is in your list.

I don't understand

Peraps is it the firmware, can I change the firmware?

Have you tried creating the dvd-r with different methods

Have you tried different media

have you tried different burning speeds

Does it work on your pc

=> No just one

=> No I use only DVDShrink and Nero 6.011

Have you tried different media

=> No only on Bullpack DVD-R

have you tried different burning speeds

=> No I burn in 4x

Does it work on your pc

=> I use Powerdvd XP 4 on my PC It's OK

Does it work on another player

=> Yes on my home DVD player It's OK and on my Playstation PS2 It's OK
