  1. Okay I made a 3.9GB video in SVCD format and I was hoping to burn it on a DVDR. Unfortunately it's not that simple. VCDeasy and some other programs I tried complain the file size is too big. VCDeasy says it's even to big for DVD....BS! If I dump the mpeg file on a DVDR my DVD player will play it, but unfortunately I will not have the timer so I can't even fast forward or anything. I need the timer. Currently I tried ripping all the files of a SVCD, putting my movie in the MPEG2 folder and burning it as a data CD in recordnowmax. I doubt it will work though.

    How do you guys burn a SVCD onto a DVDR?

    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author
