    As you see in the above video, this guys video is big by default and I am wondering what settings I need to make it like that.

    I have same HD PVR and I use Sony Vegas Pro 9.0 to render files.

    Actually, when I went in it was set to play at 480P, and I had to manually change it to 720P. I believe the setting is on the viewers end in their account settings.

    If you look in his tag he put "yt:quality=high" which defaults to play the screen big no matter how the end user sets their settings.
