    so i encodesd my video file into dvd w/ dvd santa and rather then burning w/ dvd santa i used CopytoDVD

    I burned the cd and my standalone dvd player says cant play. I was using a blank DVD+RW.

    any help?

    Can your player play DVD+RWs? ... Check out the DVD Players list to your left.

    yes, my dvd player can play DVD+RW and when i use DVD santa the RW work fine but i want to know what the problem w/ copytodvd is

    I'm not familar with CopytoDVD. Does it have a DVD Video mode? If so, are you using it? Is the file structure on your DVD+RW correct? That is, are there VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders? The VIDEO_TS folder should contain, *.ifo, *.vob & *.bup files. The AUDIO_TS folder should be empty.
