wma to pcm conversion

I'm trying to make a dvd from a divx file but Tmpgenc doesn't support the audio track (wma v2). How do I extract and convert this to something that Tmpgenc likes?
Apologies if this has been asked before, but I did do a search for the subject header and got zilch.

Thanks, I'll try the converters after I've extracted the audio, which I still don't know how to do!
