    how to remove logo from mpeg/DVD?...any tools?

  2. That's not a logo, it's part of the encoded video (that just happens to look like a logo ). You might as well ask 'how can I remove all the cars from my MEPG2 video.

    With that said, many people have had varing degrees of success with VDub's logoaway plug in. I've seen it produce nearly undetectable (captured TV source to remove watermark) to a blurry mess. You can give it a try and see what you get based on your own video. Luck...

    First realize you will have to operate on uncompressed video
    and then re-encode.

    That said there are several, all for Vdub.
    I think the best is LogoAway. If the logo is sufficiently translucent,
    you can make it disappear completely.
    If not you can make it completely match uniform backgrounds
    and look like a blur on non-uniforn backgrounds.
    I hate logos. I would rather have a black rectangle, which Vdub
    can do natively.

    The worst kind are the huge animated ADs that show up for a few seconds
    after every commercial touting the next attraction.

    it is kind of tv logo in right upper corner, something like delogo filter in virtualdub would be OK!...
