    hi does anyone know of a program that will convert mpeg2 file to dvd vobs so i can just burn the movie to dvd witout any authorin bein done
    so when i play movie it will cum on straight away

    Converting the MPEG files to VOB/IFO/BUP IS authoring. What it sounds like you want is to have the video play as soon as the movie is put in. Just create a DVD with no menu and the first play as the movie clip.
