Sonic Scenarist2.7 install problem or NOT:KEYSETUP failure?!

Hi,all!

during installation I get this window message :

KEYSETUP failure
failure: StartService

*** COULD NOT START THE DRIVER ***.
Please correct the problem and re-run setup

when I ignore this message will software working, but I want start Sonic_Scenarist from the Windows Start menu> Programs >: Start ---> Program
I dont see Sonic_Scenarist there!
But if I go directly to C:\Programs> Sonic> Scenarist I can start Scenarist from there without problem, but I feel somewhat by Scenarist
working not properly! But its only my feeling, hopefully Im wrong and Scenarist anyway working properly?
Plaese, anyone has the same problem?What is it?

This is a very expensive program. If you paid for it, Sonic would be glad to get it running for you. If it's bootleg and won't install...oh well.
