High all- Thanks for taking the time to read this.
What I do is frameserve VCD's through VDub to Tmpgenc for NTSC DVD for playback on a HDTV widescreen. In Vdub, I use the deinterlace filter which seems to give a clearer picture, then re-size filter with Lanczos3 to 720x480. The quality is excellent, except that the color seems to have a yellowish tint. I see a TV filter in VDub, but am unsure how to use. Any suggestions on the yellow tint and how to get rid of it either in VDub or Tmpgenc ?

    TX.
