How can I put permanent subtitles in VCD ?
I heard that i can do this using VirtualDub but I don't know how.
I need help. :P

If you are making VCDs with permanent subtitles, I highly recommend you use FlaskMPEG / XMPEG as it is much easier to use. Furthermore, you get to preview subtitles before you commit so you can be sure that you are getting it right.
In any case, both the FlaskMPEG and VirtualDub methods of converting a DVD to VCD are covered in the detailed guides as http://www.doom9.org
