I am using the RCA DRC 8000 DVD standalone recorder and the LITE ON PC burner. My RCA will not burn discs succesffully using +R discs, only +RW discs. Thereforer what I am doing is making discs on the RCA using +RW format, then ripping that disc into my computer. I then try and use Nero 6 Ultra to burn the files onto an +R disc but get the following message. .."DVD Video files reallocation failed. The resulting DVD video may be unplayable. Do You want to conitnue?" If I let it burn, the disc is unplayable. By the way, I previously had a PHILIPS standalone recorder, and the discs that I made on there I can copy and burn without a problem. Also, the +RW discs play on my PC using PowerDVD.

this didnt just happen with one disc, but with EVERY disc i burn using the RCA recorder. Is it possible that there would be errors in these files on EVERY disc?

ok i tried burning the same discs using TMPGEnc DVD Author and they all burned successfully. Must be a bug in Nero.
